Hi Penguins,

As we bid farewell to the Card-Jitsu Party today, the Club Penguin Legacy Team would like to thank everyone for the immense amount of support you have given us. Since Card-Jitsu's release, not a day has gone by where the island hasn't been filled with activity. We've seen a ton of new Penguins waddling around the island for the very first time as well as veterans of the community who have made their triumphant return. Card-Jitsu was such a huge project with hundreds of hours invested into bringing it to life, and we hope it was well worth the wait.

With the Card-Jitsu Party now in the rearview, we say “hello” to an action-packed month of September, starting off with an all-new edition of the Penguin Style catalog arriving to the island on September 8th! Make sure to save your coins up for all of the amazing items that'll be for sale! As far as other general island updates go on this glorious Monday, there’s a new hidden pin on the island, a fresh batch of Community Events on the Event Board, and ten new art pieces on display in the Book Room. So, be sure to check all those out when you get the chance!

With that being said, it’s now time to recognize a very special Penguin as the island’s newest Penguin of the Week! Without further ado, let’s get right into the announcement!

Today we recognize a Penguin who is known for their friendly personality and helpful tendencies around the island; someone who never shies away from answering questions from a fellow Penguin in need. If you were in attendance for the most recent Summer Kickoff or Card-Jitsu Party, you may have seen this individual being a tremendous help in navigating the events and completing Island Quests.

A true lore enthusiast, this Penguin also possesses quite the storytelling ability that shines through their newspaper-worthy creative writing pieces. When they’re not busy channeling their inner Aunt Arctic or helping those in need, you may also find this Penguin serving coffee in the Coffee Shop, grinding games of Cart Surfer, or reminiscing on fond memories.
