The Holiday Igloo Contest was another successful contest, with around 315 valid submissions! Thank you all for participating. Before we get to the Honorable Mentions and Top 3, we'd like to remind you that every single one of these valid participants will soon receive the "Igloo Architect" stamp for their Stamp Book. This stamp was obtainable by submitting an Igloo that is eligible for the contest by following all the rules and guidelines.

If you submitted an igloo and did not receive a stamp, it was unfortunately because your igloo was not qualified for the contest due to not following the rules and guidelines. If this was the case, do not worry, more Igloo Contests will be arriving in the future!

The Top 3 igloos will receive a special pin that you can showcase on your Player Card and/or Stamp Book. Your igloo will also soon be decorated with a banner to commemorate your wonderful achievement!

Now that we've taken a look at some of the lovely creations of our honorable mentions, it's time to get to the best of the best! We're super excited to share the results with you all, be sure to congratulate these winners if you see them on the island.

Our Top 3 Selection for this Igloo Contest is Lilac Sky with their holiday shopping igloo! Here’s what they had to say about it: “‘Twas the week before Christmas, when the shopping procrastination hits. Take a stroll through the shops to find the perfect gift for that special penguin.” This igloo is creatively decked out with all sorts of shops, a skating rink at the center, and of course a nice cozy home to conclude the day at by settling in and unwrapping presents. Congratulations on your Top 3 spot, Lilac Sky!

Our Top 2 Selection and runner-up of this Igloo Contest is modmypen with their Snowy Snow Globe! Inside this high-end snow globe you’ll find a luxurious holiday home in the middle of a forest surrounded by all sorts of different species of plants and trees. In addition to that, it appears to sit right next to a train station! Not only is the snow falling inside the globe, but it’s also coming down outside of it as well. I guess what the igloo says is true, there truly is snow place like home, especially when it’s crafted by this penguin! Congratulations on your Top 2 Spot, modmypen!

Drum roll please... our grand prize winner for the Holiday Igloo Contest is… Cuppatea! They decided to make Santa’s Workshop with an accompanying train line! I suppose from there we should let them do the talking! “Located in the North Pole (of course!), the train whisks the prepared presents from the workshop across to the sleigh, ready for delivery on Christmas Eve night. The North Pole inhabitants have gathered to see the train leaving the station.” Congratulations on winning the Holiday Igloo Contest, Cuppatea! We hope that coming out on top of this contest serves as a wonderful late Holiday present, you surely earned it!
