Welcome to another edition of Aunt Arctic’s Article. Last time, we talked about the final days of The Great Storm, heard details about the April Fools’ Party, and found out more about this month’s Penguin Style! This week, I sat down for a one-on-one interview with one of the co-hosts of this year’s April Fools’ Party: Jet Pack Guy! It will also have a lot of fun jokes submitted by penguins!

A Chat With Jet Pack Guy!

Aunt Arctic: Hello, Jet Pack Guy. It’s good to have you here.

‍

Jet Pack Guy: Hello, Aunt Arctic. It’s a pleasure to be here, away from all of the chaos.

‍

Aunt Arctic: Now, before we proceed, is there a nickname you’d like to be called or do you just prefer Jet Pack Guy?

‍

Jet Pack Guy: Jet Pack Guy is quite alright with me, thank you for asking.

‍

Aunt Arctic: Sounds good! Now, April Fools’ is of course the silliest time of the year. You’re not exactly known for being “silly” so what made Rookie choose you as a co-host this year?

‍

Jet Pack Guy: I was just as confused as you are. However, Rookie thought it would be a good idea to step away from work for a bit and relax. I disagreed, and he proceeded to beg and plead. To make him stop crying, I caved in and joined him.

‍

Aunt Arctic: Well, you’re quite the good friend for doing so. Were you able to relax like Rookie wanted?

‍

Jet Pack Guy: Mostly… no. The island lacks all logic during this party, so I find myself feeling quite aggravated with all of the trickery. However, there were a few moments that I did enjoy. At one point of the party, I found myself in the Space Dimension, and it was actually quite nice and peaceful.

‍

Aunt Arctic: That’s great to hear you enjoyed that part! Were there any other highlights you’d like to report?

‍

Jet Pack Guy: Well, I suppose I owe a thank you to all the penguins who came out to see me throughout the week. They were the ones that helped me feel more at ease with everything, which I appreciate more than I can express.

‍

Aunt Arctic: Aw, that’s very sweet. They’ll love to hear that. Now, what’s up next for you?

‍

Jet Pack Guy: Work, and I couldn’t be happier! Though, I hope I don’t go as long without visiting everyone like last time. Who knows? Maybe I’ll even decide to lead my own party in the future.

‍

Aunt Arctic: Only time will tell, I suppose! Well, Jet Pack Guy, thank you for being here. I wish you all the best.
