Aunt Arctic's Article #33
Hello, penguins!
Welcome to another edition of Aunt Arctic’s Article. Last time, we provided a brief story in regards to the weather forecast and Waitaha. This week, we’ll recap what we’ve experienced thus far, take a look at some new Igloo Catalogs and perhaps take a look at what’s up next!

Tall Order of Tasks!
It appears that The Great Storm is lasting a bit longer than expected, as Captain Waitaha wants to ensure we’re ready for the upcoming battle they’ve told us about. In order for us to prepare ourselves, they created a task list which penguins left and right have been accomplishing!
First, a wind gust scattered several pages of Waitaha’s Journal across the island. These pages included some key moments during their time as a Captain, and it serves as quite a good way to get to know them if you find yourself unfamiliar with them.
Next, we needed to craft a sword to help prepare for a battle like none other. Penguins were assigned the task of gathering 20 gold nuggets, 10 silver nuggets and five rubies in the Cave Mine. Then, they would forge it in the Boiler Room to finish it off!
Now, we just simply await for the battle and put an end to this storm! To those taking on the sea serpent, I wish you the best of luck.
A Treasure Trove for Igloo Builders!
Igloo enthusiasts will be happy to know that new Igloo Catalogs will be arriving very soon!
If you’ve been enjoying pirate life with Waitaha, then the fun will continue with pirate-themed items, igloos and music! Even though the celebration may be concluding in the next few days, you’ll be able to keep the fun going with your own renditions of it!
With the sea serpent battle looming and setting a rather serious tone on the island, the new catalogs are scheduled to arrive on the same day that Waitaha is ready to depart for the fight. It’s important to stay positive during times like these, and what better way to do so then with some home decorating?

Hey there everyone! Rookie here. I asked Aunt Arctic if it would be possible to write a little blurb for her article, because I have news to share!
The island has been through quite a bit lately: it time travelled back to Medieval times, thrown into the middle of a storm, and now I fear silliness of some sort is about to take over. Well, I don’t actually fear it, I LOVE it!
I will share more news very soon, but in the meantime, go save our island from this sea slug thing!

Ask Aunt Arctic
Dear Aunt Arctic,
What made you start answering penguin’s questions?
- JohnWatson
Dear JohnWatson,
I started answering questions, because I wanted to become more in touch with our lovely community! I always enjoy hearing what our fellow residents have to say about our snowy island.
In fact, up until October, my articles only consisted of top stories and questions. However, I wanted to branch out even further by including jokes, riddles and poems to see the creative side of our community.
While I do love reporting current events, part of me looks forward to the community aspect of these articles the most, as I enjoy talking with all of you so much!
Dear Aunt Arctic,
Does Captain Waitaha trust us after recent events?
- Anti lola
Dear Anti lola,
Waitaha is quite the complicated figure. If you took a glimpse at their journal pages, their trust was taken advantage of a long time ago. Due to this, they ended up putting up walls around themself and went deep into isolation on their island.
About three years ago, we made a series of our first encounters with Waitaha on their island, and over time they grew to be more open with us.
Now, as we help them end this storm, it would seem that their trust in us has grown even more, which is lovely to see. I believe that they will always be careful with meeting others. However, unlike before, they are now able to at least give others a chance. Never underestimate how far kindness can go!

Poetry
Through a portal, step inside,
Where logic bends and rules subside.
A world of cardboard, strange and wide,
The Box Dimension, come inside!
Orange puffles dart and spin,
Gaping grins and their cookie crumbled chins.
Bouncing high with sleepy eyes,
Munching boxes - what a surprise!
Gravity wobbles, up is down,
Floating islands spin around!
Doors lead nowhere, stairs to air,
A fish in a suit? Don’t stop and stare!
The Box Dimension is here.

I was once very young,
Playing Club Penguin for fun.
Those days like a warm breeze,
Under a wholesome, innocent sun.
T’was a time of joy,
From which I have now come,
To be an older soul.
Yet that sweet wind blows again,
And stokes the coals in my chest,
A healing warmth.
Club Penguin’s mend.
