About The Role
As an Artist you’ll create new illustrations that expand the world of Club Penguin Legacy. We’re looking for someone who is motivated to design compelling new content that complements our current art style. This position requires creativity, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate well with others.
What You'll Do
• Design high quality artwork for rooms, environments, items and more.
• Gather references to create work that that blends seamlessly with the existing 2009-2012 style.
• Collaborate closely with other creative team members to produce content.
• Work with developers to ensure assets are properly implemented in game.
What We're Looking For
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Must have a Club Penguin Legacy Penguin account that is at least 90 days old.
• Must not have any serious infractions on your Penguin account(s) for at least the last 6 months.
• Solid researching skills for building references based on various eras.
• Strong drawing skills, ability to visualize and design from abstract ideas.
• Strong understanding of environmental and perspective artwork.
• Experience with Flash and Adobe Animate highly preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive self-sufficiently in the role.
• Must be the primary owner of the computer used to share confidential documentation and files.
