About The Role
As a Developer for Club Penguin Legacy, you will work directly with the game to help tell stories for the current and next generation community members. You will be responsible for many aspects relating to the game’s function including implementing content and fixing bugs.

What You'll Do
• Collaborate with Game Designers and Artists to bring designs to life.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to mitigate bugs and introduce fixes.
• Provide technical assistance for issues relating to the game’s function.
• Develop internal systems that keep the game running.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects and priorities.
• Take constructive feedback and use it to improve your code.

What We're Looking For
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Must have a Club Penguin Legacy Penguin account that is at least 90 days old.
• Must not have any serious infractions on your Penguin account(s) for at least the last 6 months.
• Relevant understanding and knowledge of Club Penguin Legacy and the original Club Penguin.
• Ability to creatively approach difficult problems with unique solutions.
• Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and principles.
• Proficiency with Javascript or equivalent programming languages with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Experience with version control/collaboration tools such as Git highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and keep work clean for other team members.
• Passion for creating immersive game experiences and ability to thrive self-sufficiently in the role
• Must be the primary owner of the computer used to share confidential documentation and files.
